Requirements for Thailand Work Visas 


• You should have a B visa,
• Properly signed an employment contract and your update CV
• You would also need a cover letter.

Documents for a work permit

• Valid passport
• One colored photograph
• A completed filled application form
• Evidence of sufficient funds
• A letter of approval from Ministry of Labor Thailand
• Confirmation letter from the company stating the contract of job and the reason of the visit.

The interview will be based on your job. Interviews will be taken via Skype.
The working hours are for 42 hours a week. Most employees are given 13 paid holidays a year.
